A מוסמך of Yeshivas Ner Yisroel, Rabbi Gutstein is a veteran מחנך of 13 years, with experience teaching both elementary and middle school boys in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Rabbi Gutstein also serves as a Curriculum Advisor for the Consortium for Jewish Day Schools (COJDS), providing inservice training and coaching to מחנכים around the country.
